How information is used
The information accessed by Zenovix Storage Manager is used to provide local storage analysis, duplicate file detection, file review, archive, restore, and cleanup functionality.
Saved scan results and CSV review reports are used to help users continue large reviews later and inspect review status across scanned files.
Zenovix Storage Manager does not sell user data.
Zenovix Storage Manager does not use local file information for advertising.
Zenovix Storage Manager does not transmit scanned file contents, file names, folder paths, or scan results to the developer.
Local storage
Scan results and application settings may be stored locally on the user's device to support application functionality, preferences, review history, archive/recovery features, and user-selected actions.
If the user saves scan results or exports a CSV report, those files may contain file names, folder paths, sizes, dates, duplicate information and review status details from the scan.
Users can remove application data by uninstalling the app or deleting any locally stored application data according to Windows app storage behaviour.
File contents
Zenovix Storage Manager may inspect files locally where required for duplicate detection, fuzzy matching, metadata analysis, or archive/recovery workflows. This processing is performed on the user's device.
The app does not upload file contents to the developer.
Third-party services
Zenovix Storage Manager does not intentionally send user files, file contents, file names, folder paths, or scan results to third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
If the app is installed through the Microsoft Store, Microsoft may process Store-related information such as purchase, installation, update, licensing, crash, and diagnostic data according to Microsoft's own privacy terms.
Website support requests
If a user submits the support form on the Zenovix website, the information entered into that form is transmitted to the Zenovix support queue so the request can be handled.
Support form submissions may be checked by Cloudflare anti-spam services and sent using email infrastructure configured for Zenovix support. Users should not include passwords, payment details, sensitive file contents, or private scan results in support messages.
User control
The user controls which folders or drives are scanned. The user is responsible for reviewing scan results before confirming any archive, delete, restore, or cleanup action.
Zenovix Storage Manager is designed to support safe review workflows, but users should confirm selected actions carefully before applying changes.
Children's privacy
Zenovix Storage Manager is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
